Possess the valid Learner's ​License

The exam will not be conducted if you have ​the paper and are still waiting for the valid ​Learner's License to arrive by mail.

If you are under 18, you must ​have had a valid Learner's ​License for one year and be ​accompanied by a family ​member or guardian.
